Please find below the details of the policy, as applicable, for the products sold on Lyttl Company:
Return Policy
You can return the item purchased on Lyttl Company within 3 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused with all tags and original packaging.
- You should be able to furnish the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
- Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is used or altered.
- If the request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.
- Free product provided by the brand.
Receipt of a damaged or defective item/wrong product in the order, how must one proceed?
Lyttl Company ensures that the shipments undergo rigorous quality check processes before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, or if you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can request a refund by logging into your account and tapping on the ‘My Account’ section of the Platform.
We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days and will initiate the refund process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact. We do not offer replacements.
Refund Policy
Refunds for returned products shall be provided subject to clearance on inspection.
On receipt of the returned items, they will be inspected to ensure that they are unused, in the exact same condition as delivered, and in original packaging. We will notify you of the status of your refund only post-inspection.
- In case of cancellation before delivery/shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund only once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse, within 3 days.
On approval of the return, the refund shall be initiated solely via the same mode as payment was received. The credit would be received within 7 days, based on the mode of your payment as well as your card issuer’s policies.
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times, it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:
- Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the return acceptance confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.
- For items purchased at LQ Milano: Please note that the delay for accepting returns and exchanges in the online store will be exceptionally extended.

- If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are canceled, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable to that order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
What if I used discount vouchers during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Prior to delivery/shipment of your order, you can at any time cancel the order by logging into your account on the Platform and tapping on the ‘My Account’ section of the Platform. An applicable refund against the canceled product will be credited to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
You cannot cancel any specific product(s) inside the order. In case of such a cancellation, the entire order will be canceled.
In the event that the product or order has been delivered to you, the terms of the return policy shall be applicable to such product(s) or order.
We shall intimate our approval/disapproval of your cancellation request via email or text.
Once a request for cancellation of an order is placed, we cannot undo such a cancellation request. In such a case, you will have to place the order again.
In case the order is canceled while the order is in transit, we shall process the refund only once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
As a part of a cart offer or any discount offer, if a user has purchased one product along with another product, and during the cancellation of the same, all the products purchased through the same cart offer would get canceled.
For product(s) purchased through a specific cart offer or any other discount offer inside the order, if any of the products get delivered to the user, then cancellation will not be applicable for all the other products tagged under the same cart offer.
Payments
The Online Payment at the website https://lyttlcompany.com/ is facilitated by a third party, and hence the Company cannot be held responsible for any errors. In case of any such issues, you would need to connect with your respective banks only.
In case a payment failure message is displayed despite payment debit, then the payment would be auto-reversed within 7 working days (T&C apply).
